Our 1889 victorian classic estate complete
with a water tower, two garden gazebos and beautiful
private grounds are nestled beneath 100 year old
Sequoia Redwoods.

A short walk through our glass breezeway takes
you to the banquet room which is large enough
to accommodate 150 guests.

We can provide complete Bed and Breakfast facilities
in our three elegantly decorated bedrooms for your
out of town guests.

The Broetje House provides services for weddings and receptions for groups up to 150 for either indoor or outdoor events. We have a perfect outdoor setting with gazebos, old Sequoia Redwood trees, and beautifully manicured gardens. The Garden Room is also a great alternative for indoor events with its warm and inviting decor. When you rent our facility you have use of the entire house and surrounding grounds.
Wedding/ Reception Packages

  1. Rental of the house and grounds for the number of hours needed.
    Capacity: 150 guests
    Hours for rental: Sunday - Friday : 9am-9pm
    Saturday Mornings : 9am- 2:30pm
    Saturday Evenings : 3:30pm-9pm
  2. Catering
       a. Buffet Style
       b. Sit down

    Includes use of all serve ware needed. Tables, chairs, linens, china, or paper plates, glass stemware, cake and knife server. Tea, coffee, punches, and ice tea provided.

  3. Set-up
    Service provided to set up food tables, cake table, tables and chairs, bar, guest book table, gift table, etc.
  4. Servers and service during event.
  5. Clean up after event.

Our package includes 1-hour rehearsal time, and the use of our Bed and Breakfast rooms for changing.

We will provide you with the alcohol for your event. We are licensed to serve beer, wine, and champagne only.

As an added convenience you may reserve the Honeymoon suite and other rooms for you and your out of town guest.

We can arrange for you or refer you to: Ministers, Photographers, Videographers, Florists, Bakers, Musicians, Vocalists, Limos, Carriages, etc.
